MORNING ROUTINE
A 25 second animation of my morning routine, focusing on scene development, the animations are subtle and highlight the illustrations themselves.
SET DESIGN
I spend the majority of my time in my kitchen and look forward to my mornings. I grew up glued to my mothers side, always helping with just about everything. I adore my kitchen and took inspiration from my parents home to create four scenes that reflected my personality. Within the scenes, you can start to get an idea of the person I am. My color pallet consists of warm hues that feel cozy. The scene depicts a winter morning with light snowfall.
PROP DESIGN
SPEAKER
Music is my second language. I often listen to instrumental music, and included in the animation is a piano piece my brother wrote. The animation is very slight, with the sound bars going in and out.
TILE
My father is a tile mason and does a lot of work in our home. Since family is the most important thing to me, I created a scene dedicated to my father and his work.
CANDLE
I work at a local business myself and I think it is so important to support small businesses, especially in your area. Wax buffalo candles are made in Lincoln and the scents are just amazing!
